Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ingleside at Rock Creek in Washington, DC.  This serene continuing care retirement community is located on 14 wooded and landscaped acres bordering Washington, DC's beautiful Rock Creek Park with easy access to DC's numerous amenities.  This position will report to the General Manager and support the Culinary-Dining and Environmental Service Departments with inventory, billing, report running and basic administrative responsibilities. Flexible schedule offered. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable;
  • Prepare budget information for the General Manager;
  • Maintain reports on financial metrics;
  • General administrative duties as assigned; 
  • Participate in payroll processes.
