Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Chef Manager to join the culinary team at Carroll Lutheran Village located in Westminster, Maryland. This is a large upscale continuing care retirement community serving over 600 residents. We are seeking a highly motivated, and experienced Chef that is looking to grow their career.
This is an excellent quality of life opportunity with Sodexo, a great company to grow with as well! This Chef Manager will oversee the production of the lunch and dinner meals for independent living residents. Will assist with kitchen operations for other levels care. No late nights with typical shift being 10:00am - 6:00pm, with every other weekend coverage.

In this hands on role, you will train and develop cooks, schedule staff, and be responsible for ordering. Will report to the Executive Chef and manage approximately 10 employees per shift. This position will close the cafe and be responsible for cash management. We are open to chefs with seniors, healthcare, and/or restaurant leadership backgrounds.
