Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Remote Multi Location Controller to join our Corporate Services IFM team. As a key partner to onsite Operations Managers, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing accounting and financial operations for five units, with a total volume of $19 million. This is a highly visible, challenging opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director of Segment Finance, you'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring financial success while working collaboratively across multiple locations. What You'll Do

  • Collect and analyze field data, providing insights and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Manage project reconciliation, financial audits, accounts payable & receivable, Ad Hoc reporting, and client billing.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and manage financial period close for all sites.
  • Develop and maintain area forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Provide financial training and development for Sodexo Facility Operations Managers.
  • Create, deliver, and present client-specific financial reports, perform operating financial audits, and manage unit reporting and approvals for work orders and purchase orders.

What You Bring

  • Ability to interpret, analyze and explain large sets of financial information
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial process such as forecasting, budgeting, audits, billing and reporting
  • Ability to utilize forecasting techniques to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies
  • Knowledge of systems and business software; including Fiori, Essebase and Excel
  • Ability to create complex financial models using Excel
  • Knowledge and ability to make projections to help plan future operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field
