Sodexo Healthcare is hiring an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital located in Saint Louis, MO.  The EVS Manager will oversee a team of housekeepers on the day shift and report to the Operations Manager.  St. Mary’s is part of the SSM Health system, a multi-institutional not-for-profit health system serving the comprehensive health needs of communities across the Midwest. This is a 500+ bed, two-time winner of the Premier Award for Quality. Centrally located in metro St. Louis, they provide exceptional care to all our patients and are a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center. They specialize in high-risk pregnancy care and fetal surgery. Plus, our chest pain center, certified stroke center, and imaging and outpatient services ensure you’re well taken care of in any situation.

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• effectively manage the Unit Operating System

• have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
