Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to join our food service team at Frederick Living, an upscale continuing care retirement community located in New Holland, Pennsylvania. This Food Service Manager will oversee the dining operations for approximately 140 healthcare residents (skilled/PC, Memory Care). Will oversee primarily front of house operations but will assist with kitchen operations as needed. The Food Service Manager will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 30 hourly employees. Strong customer service, hospitality skills are needed. Typical shift will vary between the 6:00am - 3:00pm and 10:00am - 7:00pm shifts with every other weekend coverage.
