Sodexo is seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist / Manager - Environmental Services for Children Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.
CHLA is a 510-bed pediatric teaching hospital and serves as the level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center in Los Angeles. CHLA includes the leadership of over 200 employees and nearly 2.2 million square feet; this facility is fast-paced. One of only eight children’s hospitals in the nation -- and the only on the West Coast -- ranked in all 10 pediatric specialties by U.S. News & World Report
This is an in-unit position working Monday - Friday (days). Relocation is not offered at this time.
The successful candidate will have experience in all Human Resource functions, including administration of facility hiring, retention, termination, legal compliance, benefits, worker’s compensation, FMLA, long-term staffing strategies, payroll, and strong understanding of California Labor Law; PHR/SPHR Certification a plus. Onsite hospital experience a plus.
