Sodexo is seeking a Full Time Pediatric Outpatient Dietitian Nutritionist I-HC to provide expert clinical coverage at the 154 bed Children's Hospital of Georgia at WellStar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA.
This position will provide outpatient coverage for our pediatric population, primarily covering complex care clinic (provides care for pediatric patients with complex medical issues), pediatric vent clinic (provides care for pediatric patients on home ventilation) and other clinics that may include renal transplant clinic, general pediatric clinic, and one on one nutrition clinic.
The successful candidate will report to the Pediatric Clinical Nutrition Manager:
Primarily cover pediatric outpatients but may cross-train to provide coverage to inpatient pediatrics
Support high risk outpatient clinic for post-discharge patients requiring nutrition follow up

Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
