Resident District Manager

Sodexo is seeking an innovative Resident District Manager for a potential new client in University Dining in the greater Detroit metro area. This is an opportunity to leverage your experience to take the next step in your career. We are seeking an experienced General Manager with strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, and strong communication and project management skills. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. • Demonstrate the ability to develop exceptional client relationships, ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments, as well as lead and motivate the management team
• Possess strong leadership skills, computer skills, culinary knowledge, and food and beverage cost controls
• Are successful in effectively training and developing front-line hourly employees and managers for promotion
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service 
• Possess superior interpersonal skills, able to articulate ideas, thoughts and opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of client and Sodexo's organizations

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
