Sodexo's Campus Segment is hiring a Food Service Manager for Dining Services at Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. This key leadership role is responsible for the overall success of Dining Services operations. The Food Service Manager will lead and supervise the on-site food service team, ensuring that all food services run smoothly while adhering to Sodexo’s business practices, mission, values, and commitments.

 

Hobart and William Smith Colleges is a private institution situated on the scenic shores of Seneca Lake, part of the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York. Located less than two hours from both Binghamton and Buffalo, NY, HWS offers a picturesque and accessible setting for its students.

• have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary;
• Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
