Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Holy Family Hospital located in Metheun, MA. In this role you will operate as the Sous Chef and partner with the Executive Chef and supervise a team of 6 culinary professionals, and up to 30 food service hospital workers.  The Manager will work mostly daytime hours, but every other weekend and holidays will be required.  

 

What You'll Do

  • work with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager on action stations, catering, retail and patient services
  • partner with the Patient Services Manager on improvements for the clinical side
  • train frontline staff and production team
  • oversee the Production team to ensure quality, portion control and temperatures of food for retail and patient services 
  • monitor HACCP logs and cleaning schedule
  • conduct food and safety audits
  • ensure all Sodexo standards are met
