Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for an Senior Human Resource Manager who will direct and support the Sodexo HR activities supporting recruitment, program development, employee relations, onboarding support, personnel files, and FMLA/ADA administration at our Houston, TX location.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will have experience in all Human Resources supporting an hourly and salaried staff size of 350+ employees, HR functions including administration of facility hiring, retention, termination, legal compliance, benefits, worker’s compensation, FMLA, long-term staffing strategies, payroll, and more.

 

  • Support Human Resources functions for front-line and salaried staff including but not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, payroll, legal compliance, benefits, worker’s compensation, HR strategy and advanced communication’s skills
  • work closely with on-site managers to ensure compliance with Sodexo human resource policy and procedures and other human resource needs. Ability to establish trust with internal and external clients.
  • support other HR activities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
