Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring a Registered Dietician for a full time Patient Services Manager (food services) position at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, located in Boston, MA. Brigham & Women’s Hospital is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and is internationally known for excellent, complex care for a variety of medical conditions. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 40 employees in our patient Call Center, and participate in all daily patient services operations.

 

 

What You'll Do

  • oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy
  • exceed Sodexo standards and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
  • perform management functions including direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

What You Bring

  • Registered Dietitian credential, or are RD-eligible
  • experience with Healthtouch and/or EPIC
  • proven supervisory or management experience
  • excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • experience with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care; anda strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
