Sodexo is #HiringNow for our Environmental Services Custodial Manager for the William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA. Our successful leader will have experience leading our frontline hourly Custodial Team (10) including scheduling and leading training and have hands on experience in floor care. Strong computer skills are required for success in the role. Our students are at the heart of everything we do, compassion for our students and exceptional sanitation in housing, common areas, and cleaning for the athletics teams are major priorities for our team.

• Bring a sense of professionalism to the team and while interacting with our students
• Schedule our team appropriately for day-to-day operations and events
• Lead training to mentor and develop professional skills for our team
• Monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
• Be responsible for driving client and student satisfaction scores
• Lead our team and departmental projects and initiatives

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
