Sodexo has a great opportunity to work with one of our largest Healthcare customers as Food Operations Manager 2 at our Piedmont Macon Medical Center located in Macon, Ga. Piedmont Macon Medical Center is a 310-bed facility providing compassionate, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties.
This Food Operations Manager will provide leadership and supervision for the on-site food service non-exempt level staff in the delivery of patient meals. This position will oversee over 30 Sodexo employees and 4-5 supervisors and be responsible for all aspects of the daily meals' services all whilst enriching the patient experience.
The successful candidate will be creative and provide strong strategic leadership while working with employees. Additionally, this individual must be able to drive Patient Satisfaction results to a high level. Overall, will need to motivate management and hourly staff and maintain quality to a very high level.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
