Role Overview

Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager for our premier client in Saint Joseph, Missouri.  

 

The General Manager oversees all hospitality operations per Sodexo's and client's goals, works directly with unit financials, directs customer interaction and management of the Sodexo hourly associates. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through exceptional food and catering services, while achieving set budgeted targets.  We seek a strong hospitality leader with a proven commitment to excellence in client and guest hospitality, teamwork, financial results, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision.

This location is open for Breakfast and Lunch Monday – Friday, and provides catering service 

What You'll Do

  • Oversight and continued innovation of the café, catering and food delivery
  • Tracking and maintaining Sodexo systems, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction
  • Innovation of the retail offerings, marketing plans and catering sustainable practices
  • Develop and maintain high level client and customer relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years         
Minimum Functional Experience  - 2 years
