Sodexo Energy & Resources is seeking to bring on a Senior Program Director, Construction Services for a complex facilities management account for an oil & gas business partner in the energy market. This account is a strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest and most prestigious oil companies. The position is based onsite in Houston, Texas and reports into the Vice President, Construction Services.
The Senior Program Director, Construction Services will help the Vice President, Construction Services set direction and drive the service level and future business success. This position will design and create solutions for our business partner’s long-term capital plans and will ensure the construction project management team performs to high standards.
Responsible for managing a team of professionals for compliance of safety standards, financial budgets, timelines, and coordination of resources for completion of construction projects. Professionals include a combination of Sodexo employees and third-party contractors for design, procurement and construction services and other parties involved in the project’s success.
The technical aspects of this position are extremely important, however equally matched is the ability to connect with all stakeholders and your team utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
