Food Operations Manager 1

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Food Operations Manager for a high profile government agency located in Washington, DC.   The Operations Manager will oversee multiple locations for a single client on Capitol Hill.

• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff.
• provide stellar customer service.
• ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed..
• direct daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources
• manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations.
• manage cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
