The Operations Manager will be in charge at the residential dining hall at St Mary’s College. Sodexo and The Good Eating Company is seeking a Food Operations Manager for St Mary’s College in Moraga California. The Operations Manager for this higher education opportunity will oversee residential dining hall . The best-qualified candidate will possess good team building, financial acumen, client relationships, and tech skills .

What You'll Do

  • Manage frontline staff
  • Oversee department HACCP and safety programs
  • Manage daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources, ensures operating standards are met
  • The opening and closing the operation
  • Responsible for student engagement

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
