Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 at Nebraska Medicine located in Omaha, NE to oversee patient services and retail

What You'll Do

  • oversee food production for café and patient tray line
  • handle food ordering and inventory 
  • basic culinary knowledge
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
