Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for North Oaks Hospital located in Hammond, Louisiana. North Oaks Health System is a 300-bed facility and one of Louisiana’s largest and most progressive community hospital organizations strategically based between New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
The Food Production Manager 2 will report to the General Manager, assist the Executive Chef with regulatory standards, food production, maintaining food budget, cleanliness of kitchen, and ensuring HACCP standards are met. We are seeking a charismatic and organized manager to support a team of 15 frontline staff and ensure the best food is being served to our patients and customers always. Seeking candidates with a proven track record for developing, leading and engaging a culinary team.
