Nourish NYC is looking for an Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Long Island City, New York.
We are looking for someone who pushes the boundaries and can think outside the box. The Executive Chef will be a leader who can adapt to an ever-changing culture and client base, gets excitement out of a challenge, while at the same time can coach and mentor a team to work together for one goal – creating amazing food from the highest quality ingredients to refresh energize and inspire our guests.
The Executive Chef will support our client with daily dining, catering and Pop up’s executing the daily production, food cost management, training of culinary staff and overseeing the food safety program with a focus on excellent food. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
