Set in Seattle’s historic and beloved Green Lake neighborhood, The Hearthstone offers a deep connection to nature. Home to the area’s most famous 2.8 mile loop, stunning vistas, nearby retail, the renown Woodland Park Zoo and best-in-class medical care, our community offers so much to current and potential residents. The ideal candidate will be hands-on as needed, have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working with seniors, and managing and developing their team. Best qualified candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The manager assists with all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
