Financial Analyst 2

Sodexo is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Facilities Management & Self-Performance operations. This role will analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving efficiency and cost savings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of facilities management and self-performance models, helping drive operational excellence through actionable insights. This position will report to the Executive Director of Regional Accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement. The analyst’s insights will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, optimizing labor models, and enhancing service delivery.

• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data across self-performed and outsourced services.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in service delivery, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate labor utilization, work order management, and asset performance to optimize self-performance strategies.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Monitor key metrics and provide ongoing trend analysis to support continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in facilities management, operations, or self-performance strategies.
• Ability to analyze labor models, service efficiency, and work order data.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
