Role Overview

Sodexo has an exciting, remote opening for a Senior Manager, Culinary Systems to join our team.  This position is responsible for leading ingredient management, research and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will focus on data driven solutions to optimize ingredients.

This is a remote position; candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead role with ingredient and menu data research and analysis
  • Manage ingredient optimization process
  • Collaborate with culinary and menu teams and supply management
  • Lead facilitator with product specification recommendations and swaps
  • Documentation and reporting out KPI’s

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and automated food systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize data, document insights and share recommendations
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience
  • Power BI experience
