Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 Food - Schools for a potential new child nutrition partnership with public schools in Gering, NE. The General Manager will direct all contract food management service operations for the district. This is a potential sale, and contingent offers will be made. Candidate must be able to travel occasionally for meetings and training needs. Our successful candidate will excel at financial acumen, employee engagement and have an excellent ability to deal with parent's and client's concerns. Strong attention to our students in critical to success in the role, and the ability to adjust communication styles, so that the students, parents and clients understand that we and we here to support them in their education.
