Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St Louis, MO. The Food Production Manager will oversee inventory, purchasing, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in inventory management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culinary setting.

What You'll Do

  • oversee all procurement, purchasing, and inventory management
  • help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures
  • supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
  • assist with scheduling and time-keeping
  • help create menus based on client needs
  • help create interpersonal relationships with clients

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
