Sodexo is seeking a Senior Office Manager for our account at Cooper University Hospital. Cooper is a 650 licensed bed trauma facility in Camden, NJ. This successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the management team with onboarding our associates for Nutrition Services (Food) and EVS team (Environmental Services / Housekeeping). Overall, you will assist employees with account policies and maintaining employee records. This opportunity will give you the duties of supporting the tracking of attendance write-ups for both areas and to help guide managers with documenting performance evaluations. This role requires experience in hiring, retention, termination, long-term staffing strategies, payroll, and a general understanding of NJ Laws.
