Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 - Environmental Services/Custodial for the Toledo, OH area. 

 

The General Manager 5 must have a proven track record of driving outcomes in a complex business environment supporting Environmental Services and/or food operations. Additional qualifications include strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • provide exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
  • partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;
  • effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities, demonstrating professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of work experience in housekeeping or custodial services
