Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking an experienced General Manager 3 to oversee food service operations in Long Island, NY. This high-profile Executive Food Management role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive success in resident dining, retail, and catering.
We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused leader with:
✔️ 5+ years of experience managing large, complex multi-unit food service operations in a university setting
✔️ Strong financial acumen and a proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
✔️ Effective team leadership and talent development skills
✔️ Union experience and a track record of success in labor relations
