Role Overview

Sodexo seeks a full-time Registered Dietitian to join their dynamic team at Billings Clinic in Billings, MT.

 

It is an integrated multi-specialty group practice with a 336-bed hospital, Level 1 Trauma Center, and over 80 specialties. Billings Clinic is Montana’s most extensive independent health care system, serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas.

3 weeks vacation and three personal days!

Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal!

Money toward continuing education events!

Up to $5000.00 tuition reimbursement annually!

 

What You'll Do

  • Provide inpatient care and support to all areas of the patient population
  • You will have the opportunity to grow your nutrition support skills
  • Gain experience with utilizing electronic health records charting and /or (Cerner)   
  • Have the opportunity to work well with physicians/providers, nursing, and ancillary staff, and work collaboratively as a team member
  • Work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills, and see projects through from inception to completion

What You Bring

  • A Registered Dietitian Credential or RD eligible for certification 
  • Prior acute care experience as a Registered Dietitian or during an accredited dietetic internship is preferred
  • A strong desire to continue learning and advancing clinical skills
  • The ability to work well with physicians/providers, nursing, and ancillary staff, and work collaboratively as a team
  • Experience with utilizing electronic health records charting and /or (Cerner)
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills and the ability to build strong working relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
