General Manager 3 - Food

Sodexo Corporate Services is hiring a General Manager 3 for its JMFE account in Jacksonville, FL. This hands-on role oversees daily food operations for a full-service café, including cooking, budgeting, training, strategic planning, catering, and HR duties. The GM will supervise up to 9 hourly staff and one culinary supervisor while ensuring high standards in culinary presentation and client engagement. Ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background, solid organizational and communication skills, and strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financials and implement action plans. A driven, self-starter attitude is essential for success in this role!

• Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering development and excellence.
• Control unit financials, ensuring budget adherence and cost management.
• Direct daily food operations, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Supervise day-to-day activities, delegating authority and assigning priorities.
• Monitor and continuously improve operational standards for efficiency and service quality.
• Establish and maintain a safe work environment while supporting workplace inclusion initiatives.
