Sodexo is #NowHiring our Facilities Maintenance, Operations and Quality Program Manager for public and private K12 schools, with extensive national travel. Our leader will have experience documenting Facility Condition Assessments in VFA Capital Planning Software or a similar software (required). This role will manage Hands On technical training and mentoring for our Facilities Engineers and mechanics. Strong executive presence and extensive mechanical expertise are required to present to C-Suite level clients on complex mechanical, facilities and asset management projects including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical are critical to success in the role. Demonstrated history of heavy technical experience to train the Maintenance and Engineering team, Gap Analysis and using data to improve overall Facilities Maintenance Programs are required.
