Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring our Executive Chef for Colorado Mountain College in Beautiful Glennwood Springs, CO. *Relocation Assistance is available for serious, qualified candidates, 2 years of experience with the title of Executive Chef is required.  Our successful candidate will collaborate our Spring Valley Campus and on high-profile interactions with the Aspen Music Festival   This is a best of both worlds career opportunity with a lot of high-profile exposure balanced with the opportunity to engage with our students, campus associations and committees and help people understand nutritional value and culinary innovation.  1:1 on the floor. With 60% hands on cooking, our leader will have a natural motivation to develop and grow in the company, and to provide professional development and mentoring to our team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage menu pricing and costing 
  • Optimize web-based online ordering programs in compliance
  • Balance training, mentoring, hands-on cooking administrative responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
