Lead Computer Operator

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Lead Computer Operator to oversee global switchboard operations at our client site in Piscataway, NJ. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming global calls, ensuring each inquiry is efficiently directed to the appropriate individual or department. • Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party. 
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
• May perform additional clerical duties
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
