Sodexo is seeking a Child Nutrition Food Operations Manager 2 to support our Schools Segment in Live Oak, FL. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow, overseeing food service operations and leading a team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Typical working hours are M-F, 6am-3:30pm. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Create and maintain a safe work environment for all employees
Utilize Sodexo tools to build strong client, customer, and staff relationships
Oversee daily food service operations and ensure regulatory compliance
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client goals
Monitor financial performance and ensure budgetary goals are met
Support HR standards and ensure consistent team development

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
