Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Director, Business Relationship Management & Intake to support corporate functions

 

Will animate, coordinate and manage the Enabling Services IS&T team (for Build and/or Run). The individual is a force of proposition in the implementation of orientations, specialist of Enabling Services, invoicing process and travelling expenses and guarantees the achievement of the fixed objectives. The individual will be the owner of the flows and guarantee the adherence to Enabling Services application development and deployment principles. Ensure the continuous improvement of teams in how they work (creativity, quality of cooperation), demonstrating empathy, co-operation, transparency, courage and humility. 

 

This is a remote role with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone work hours 

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the team to manage “Enabling Services Intake” and delivery process all along the projects’ life cycle
  • Work with Sodexo’s global & regional Enabling Services Teams, IS&T Security & Infrastructure teams and external dev teams to ensure ‘Enabling Services Solutions’ are integrated, tested and usable.         
  • Lead Solution architects, Application Developers and others to ensure the architectures and deployments align with the project requirements.
  • Develop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans.
  • Participate and assess design of solutions 
  • Build reusable solutions compliant with development best practices, architecture, cloud, network, security and legal requirements, 
  • Provide reporting on project activities 
  • Track and communicate progress, barriers, and budget adherence using project management processes

What You Bring

  • 8 years+ experience in strategy consulting firm or product management role into large corporate organizations 
  • Outstanding analytical skills 
  • Proven successful management of projects and multidisciplinary teams in a business environment 
  • Proven knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
