Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a General Manager 4 – Food for Franklin Pierce University, located in Rindge, New Hampshire.
Franklin Pierce is a small, private, non-profit, accredited university with an enrollment of approximately 1,400 students. The campus overlooks scenic Pearly Pond and is just a few miles from Mount Monadnock. Known for its close-knit community and innovative academic programs, the university fosters a unique and meaningful college experience.
Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily food operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and service
Drive financial performance by meeting company and client targets, including oversight of POS systems and cash handling
Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
Lead, coach, and mentor frontline (hourly) staff to create a motivated and efficient team
Ensure compliance with Sodexo's safety and quality standards, including food and physical safety programs

Strong leadership experience in food service management, preferably in a college/university or campus setting
Proven financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and drive profitability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client, customer, and team relationships
Commitment to quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all Sodexo policies and procedures
Experience managing and developing hourly staff, with a focus on coaching, training, and team-building
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire
