As the Patient Services Manager 2, you will oversee the daily operations of patient dining services while ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and service. In this role, you will lead a large team of 85+ union employees and be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manage and support patient tray line operations
Conduct patient rounding to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Oversee purchasing and ordering of food and supplies
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure operational coverage
Lead, train, and develop frontline union staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards
Partner with clinical teams to support nutrition care plans

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
