Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Area General Manager to lead food service operations for our Corporate Services accounts in West Chester, Ohio. In this high-profile role, you will oversee three units, managing daily operations, financial performance, team development, and client relations. Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, marketing, HR functions, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, including high-end, large-volume catering, with proven success in budget management, team leadership, and client engagement. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage high-end, large-volume catering operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and client satisfaction

  • Cultivate a customer-focused culture with a proven ability to support organizational development and client satisfaction

  • Build and maintain superior client relationships with executive presence, utilizing food management systems to streamline operations

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of strong leadership and multi-unit management
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility, including budget forecasting and effective control of food and labor costs

  • Excellent leadership and administrative abilities, including hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams

  • A commitment to building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships through exceptional service

  • Hands-on culinary production experience and thorough knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service with passion
