Sodexo is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator for our campus segment account at University of North Carolina School of Arts, located in Winston Salem, NC. UNCSA is a unique public conservatory and arts school, offering professional training in performing, visual, and moving image arts. It's known for its high school, undergraduate, and master's degree programs, preparing students for careers in the arts. UNCSA is also the first public arts conservatory in the United State. Dining Services is comprised of a Main Dining hall serving 950 hot, fresh and yummy meals a day, 7 days a week, WPB Starbucks Coffee Shop, Two C-Stores, Freshens and a Ghost kitchen.

What You'll Do

  • meet marketing and Sodexo brand management needs, and work with managers, clients, the District Manager and Vice President in all matters relating to marketing, to help establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship; and/or
  • be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout the enterprise, through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees.

What You Bring

  • strong marketing background and writing skills;
  • strategic leadership, talent management, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills;
  • strong computer skills, with a preference for experience with Scala;
  • best in class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience;
  • team development skills;
  • client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs;
  • the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload; and / or
  • contract food services experience (preferred).
