Grow your career and develop a team that shares your desire to make a difference!  The Food Service Manager position is located at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN. 

 

This leader will oversee the café as well as support patient food service when needed.  Great position for restaurant managers who desire a better work-life balance with friendly work hours.

What You'll Do

  • create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily
  • deliver high quality food service
  • mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance
  • ensure food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
  • maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands)
  • ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place
  • manage vendor relationships and compliance
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
