Sodexo is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist at the University at Albany in Albany, NY. The Marketing Specialist, as the leader of the Dining Services marketing department, will set the strategy and tone for the marketing department. This position is responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan in close coordination with multiple key stakeholders to lead winning marketing campaigns that support student engagement and revenue growth.
Manage a team of marketers, a graphic designer, and student interns.
Be able to navigate Sodexo corporate standards, university standards, dotted line reporting responsibilities, and project manage numerous tasks.
Have the willingness and ability to roll your sleeves up and dig in to accomplish goals with a particular focus on attracting commuter students into meal plan participation.
Be responsible for growing organic revenue through a multi-channel approach, and should be comfortable working within both print and digital mediums.

Plans, coordinates, directs rollouts, training of national programs, marketing initiatives, strategic marketing plan for territory as well as template for individual units to support the Division's strategic plan.
Resource to units and new accounts marketing initiatives such as surveys, merchandising, national programs, and pricing.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
