Role Overview

InReach is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Supply Management, to develop and execute retail marketing strategies that drive product visibility, optimize trade investments, and increase sales at the point of purchase. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis is required for success in the role. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially savvy, and has a strong understanding of category management, shopper insights, and trade spend optimization. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Retail Partners to ensure effective in-store execution and promotional success.

What You'll Do

 

  • Analyze POS data, category insights, and competitive activity to optimize strategies, conduct post-promotion analysis (PPA) to measure trade spend effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve promotional strategies and in-store execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of trade investments, Develop and execute trade marketing plans to drive in-store sales and brand visibility and manage trade promotions, slotting fees, and in-store activations with retail partners
  • Collaborate with Sales and Category Managers to align strategies with retail objectives and secure prime shelf placement and promotional displays in collaboration with retailers
  • Work with field sales teams to ensure proper in-store execution of promotions, monitor planogram compliance, share of shelf, and pricing strategies and manage trade marketing budget to maximize ROI on promotional activities

What You Bring

  • Experience increasing Retailer and Sell-through rates
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Trade spend efficiency with demonstrated history of improvement in trade marketing ROI
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using POS data, Nielsen/IRI, and trade spend tools
  • Promotion effectiveness experience resulting in increase in incremental sales per trade dollar spent
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or retail execution (preferably in CPG, FMCG, or retail industries)
  • Experience with budget adherence, Planogram compliance, shelf space share growth including increase shelf space for priority SKUs

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
