Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Services Manager 2 for Wentworth Douglass Hospital located in Dover, NH.  In this Patient Services focused role, you will report to the Food GM and oversee approximately 35 frontline food service hospital employees.  The schedule for this role is approximately 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, and includes coverage for every other weekend.

 

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is a not-for-profit health care organization in Dover, New Hampshire, with a 110-year history of compassionate care and innovation, serving the community since 1906.

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of food service operations and coordinate tasks through frontline staff
  • deliver high quality Patient food services
  • develop and maintain high level of patient satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and standards and that Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring

  • previous food service experience, healthcare experience is preferred
  • experience with HealthTouch would be a plus
  • strong time management skills
  • effective leadership skills, with experience motivating and directing a team of frontline employees
