Role Overview

The Good Eating Company is hiring our Food Operations Manager 2 - Project manager to oversee production in our commissary kitchen that delivers to 9 different accounts in Santa Clara, CA.  Our leader will work in the unit and be the liaison collaborating with both the Culinary Team and food production path team. Excellent organizational skills and time management are critical to success in the role. Strong planning skills are required to manage our menus, which are created up to 3 weeks advance. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and focused on results, with excellent computer skills to proactively manage menu planning, scheduling and our recipe database.

What You'll Do

  • Work in our Santa Clara Production Commissary
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals  
  • Ensure Good Eating Company standards are met including compliance with company food and physical safety programs

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
