Sodexo is seeking an experienced leader for a Food Operations Manager 2 at ECU Vidant Medical Center located in Greenville, NC. This Food Operations Manager 2 will have direct oversight of retail dining and catering operations to support Day Shift (7:00am start time). This position will also support the patient services team. Leading a team 45 frontline associates, this position will be responsible for some aspects of financial reporting, patient satisfaction and employee engagement. The campus includes 3 sites: main cafe and 2 micro marts.
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday

ECU Vidant Medical Center is a 900 bed hospital with multiple retail locations and doctors lounges. Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
