Sodexo is hiring a for a full time Patient Dining Call Center Manager position at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, located in Boston, MA.  In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 40 employees in our Patient Call Center, and participate in all daily patient services operations.

What You'll Do

  • manage Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program for the Call Center, and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient food service experience
  • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy
  • uphold Sodexo standards and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits
  • direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development

What You Bring

  • experience with Healthtouch and/or EPIC (preferred)
  • prior supervisory or management experience
  • experience within a healthcare, hospitality or customer service focused environment 
  • excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
  •  a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
