Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH), a prestigious 1,541-bed, non-profit tertiary medical center that receives national and international referrals. YNHH is home to several nationally recognized hospitals, including the Smilow Cancer Hospital, Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital, and Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital. The General Manager 3 will be responsible for overseeing Sodexo operations across both the York Street Campus and St. Raphael Campus of Yale New Haven Hospital. This role reports directly to the onsite Client Executive and plays a key role in ensuring excellence in service delivery, team leadership, and labor relations.

Serve as the primary liaison between Sodexo and Yale New Haven Hospital's Human Resources and Labor Relations departments.
Ensure compliance with union contracts and manage day-to-day union interactions in collaboration with HR and legal teams.
Monitor and drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to align Sodexo services with clinical and operational goals.
Manage budgets, financial targets, and strategic initiatives to deliver high-quality service outcomes.
