We are seeking a Entegra Field Support Manager – West Territory to join our team. The Field Support Manager will collaborate with the Field Support Directors, National Account Executives, and designated clients to maximize the use of Sodexo/Entegra’s contracted programs. The FSM will report to the Field Support Director. The ideal Field Support Manager will possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing them to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions. We are looking for someone with the expertise and personality to implement solutions effectively, serve as a consultant, and act as a resource for external customers. The FSM role will require strong presentation skills. The FSM must feel comfortable presenting business reviews and data to a board room of clients. This position demands someone with a blend of analytical prowess, interpersonal finesse, and a deep understanding of procurement dynamics. Their ability to serve as a consultant and resource for external clients will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Sodexo/Entegra’s programs. A solid foundation in business acumen, coupled with a proactive approach, will enable the chosen candidate to deliver measurable improvements and drive operational excellence.
The position requires candidates to reside in Los Angeles, CA or the surrounding areas. There is 30% overnight travel to assigned accounts in the assigned territory.
