Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 for UNC Johnston Clayton Hospital located in Clayton, NC.  UNC Johnston Clayton Hospital is a licensed 50 bed modern hospital. Centrally located right outside of the Raleigh-Durham area! A great opportunity to live in North Carolina's capital, known for its booming food scene and family friendly environment. The General Manager 2 will be responsible for daily operations of patient services, retail cafe, and catering. This director position will support a team of 25 frontline associates. Culinary experience a plus.

What You Bring

  • have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
  • can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
